Bad and unclear refund policies are frustrating. We never want parents to feel cheated by paying for Screen Time. So our policy is simple: if you’re unhappy with Screen Time for any reason, get in touch and we’ll take care of you.
Examples where we’d grant a full refund
- If you were just charged for your next month/ 6 months / year of Screen Time, but you meant to cancel, we’re happy to refund that charge.
- If you tried Screen Time for a month, and you just weren’t happy with it, we’ll refund your money.
Where we’d grant partial refunds
- If we fail at providing you service (e.g. we never responded to a support request, or Screen Time didn’t work for many days/weeks), we’d issue a partial credit to your account.
At the end of the day, every situation is unique. There are bound to be some cases that don’t exactly match the above examples so don’t hesitate to get in touch and tell us what’s going on.
