There is an app that comes pre-installed on Asus devices called Asus Start Up Manager. This app can stop apps from automatically starting up, if it’s doing this to Screen Time then that could cause problems.
To prevent this from happening:
- Open the Asus Start Up Manager and see if Screen Time (the one with the white icon) is set to auto start, if it’s not then set it to auto start.
- Once you’ve done that can you add the Asus Start Up Manager to the Screen Time blocked apps settings.
