I can’t see my child’s activity for the last few days

First, make sure that your child’s device has an Internet connection. Screen Time on your child’s device can work stand-alone without an Internet connection but can only synchronise with the Screen Time on your device if you have an internet connection. If you’re still seeing problems, try reconnecting the app as described above.
