Reconnecting can help if the child’s app doesn’t seem to be communicating properly with the parent’s app.
Pairing code
During the reconnect you will be asked for a pairing code, which you can find by logging into your parent’s account and looking at the child’s profile that you’re doing the reconnect for.
If you don’t see this pairing code straight away please tap the Add another device button at the bottom of your child’s page.
