Reinstall with same email address
- Open iPad/iPhone/iPod Settings General >> Restrictions, and make sure they are disabled.
- Open the Apple App Store on your child’s device and search for “Screen Time Parental Control” then install it.
- The app will run you through the install process.
Reinstall and change email address
- Open iPad/iPhone/iPod Settings General >> Restrictions, and make sure they are disabled.
- Open the Settings on the device and go to General >> Profiles & Device Management >> Screen Time Profile >> Remove Management. If there’s no profile in this section then you can skip this step.
- Go into Screen Time on your device (parent’s device), and delete the iPhone, iPad, or iPod from there. If you’re not sure how to do that then check out this page. If you’re not sure what email address you used during the first install then can you contact our support team and send them your account ID, check this page to see where to find that.
- Reinstall the app again on the device, this will allow you to reinstall with a new email address.
