Automatically include new apps isn’t working

If you’ve noticed that newly installed apps aren’t being automatically included in the Screen Time lists then follow the steps below;

  1. Make sure that automatically include new apps is turned on in the list that you want new apps to be placed in;Automatically include new apps
  2. If that switch is on then please update Screen Time on your child’s device to the latest version by following the instructions on this page.
  3. Try reconnecting the app on your child’s device. To do that go into the Settings of the app on your child’s device and press Remote Control >> Reconnect.

    The auto include new app button is missing, I have uninstalled and reinstalled it but it’s still missing

    Can you contact our support team through the contact page of the website please? We’ll be able to look into this in more depth that way especially if you can provide us with the email address that you set up your account with as that’ll mean that we can check our server logs for you account and see what’s going on.
